Sun Zhongpeng, a Chinese netizen and a member of the China Anti-Hooligan Software Alliance, filed a lawsuit against a Chinese search engine, which is charged with stealthily integrating spyware in its internet phone program.
Sun Zhongpeng claims that Internet phone software called “IGphone,’ designed by Zhongsou.com and claimed to be the world’s largest Chinese language search engine, installs the pernicious software known as “Internet Pig” automatically on a user’s computer.
Sun Zhongpeng also accuses that the malicious software installed once cannot be uninstalled completely and odds and ends of the software start operating automatically and slows down the computer.
