F-Secure Corporation has proclaimed the launch of its security research centre called F-Secure Security Labs and technical support operation in Kuala Lumpur. The lab aims to offer security response services for detecting, quarantining and informing about the malicious stuff such as malware, spyware, rootkit, phishing and targeted attacks. In order to combat rampant online threats in computerdom, F-Secure Corporation is presently staffing the development function.
Though it is still to be finalised, the firm is all set to employ almost 450 employees, approximately similar to its end lab. The lab will assist F-Secure Corporation to analyse threats, identical or unidentical, simultaneously bring about solutions to be protected against them. Three major areas like description, detection and disinfection, will be focused by the lab.
