OfficeMax rolls out remote ctrlcenter

OfficeMax recently announced to have rolled out a novel remote tech support service known as ctrlcenter, which is aimed at helping its customers in the way of Best Buy’s Geek Squad and Circuit City’s firedog. The service mainly consists of remote services; dissimilar its two rivals, it does not make available on-site visits or drop-off services.
