Expert at PandaLabs have warned that hackers are creating and distributing a new Trojan known as LdPinch.ZO with a view to pilfering sensitive corporate data. The malware makes its access to computer networks using an email attachment or via a hidden Internet download. As soon as the malicious Trojan made active, it deploys more nasty code on to the PC, brought about to commit theft of passwords, login details and other private data.
The program makes a hacker possible to compromise the system and takes partial control of to be operated by the remote-sit criminal. Not only this the Trojan also simulates clicking OK on the PC firewall warnings while it warns the user of a wary Internet connection. LdPinch.ZO takes the user off carrying on making access to the web and pilfering info, as claimed by the reports.
Luis Corrons, technical director at PandaLabs warned,
Corporate espionage is just one of the multiple uses that this type of Trojan can have. Companies keep confidential information in their computers or email accounts. Thanks to this malicious code, a cyber criminal could get this data and sell it or use it for their own benefit.
