Trend Micro, a worldwide primary supplier of network anti-virus and Internet content security software and services, made an announcement on October 3 that its home office security solution PC-cillin Internet Security 2007– with a retail price of NT$1,690 (US$51.4), is due to be unveiled in the Taiwan market on October 20, for a single-household one-year license.
Trend Micro’s Internet security suite’s latest version is included with glaring functions, like spyware protection, anti-virus security, fraud defense, personal firewall, wireless networking monitoring, home network control and TrendSecure—extra security program and on-line services. The program can be deployed in up to 3 computers under the similar serial numeral –user account numeral. By October 20, it can also be availed for online subscription at a cut-rate price of NT$1,390 (US$42.3).
